Question for this Sunday: What are you pursuing with your greatest energy?

One Word Before Sunday. Join Pastors Lydia and Scott each Tuesday for Faith in Translation at 7 – 7:20 PM:
Together, we’ll explore one important word from the coming Sunday’s Scripture—its Greek roots, how English and Russian may hear it differently, and why it matters in everyday life. Sometimes we begin with the same word and discover that we are not hearing the same thing at all!
Spend 20 minutes with us—and come to Sunday worship ready to hear the Scripture in a new way.

At the beginning of a new year, many United Methodists renew their covenant with God with a Covenant Service and a recitation of the Wesley Covenant Prayer--a prayer which John Wesley adapted from the Puritan tradition.

The prayer invites us to rededicate our lives to serving as Jesus' representatives in the world. It invites us into participating in self-emptying love.

May the words inspire you and your spiritual journey in the new year. Blessings and Happy New Year.

Happy Father’s Day!
Today we celebrate fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and all who have shared love, wisdom, and encouragement along the way.

May God bless you with joy, peace, and the love of family and friends.
