We are devastated by the fires that have ravaged the east part of our state, and grieving with those who’ve lost everything.
Pastor Paul’s close friend from Bible college, Ferrin Cole, is the lead on the ground with Crisis Response International. Ferrin’s team provides free “ash outs” for fire victims. The team meticulously walks the property with the homeowner, and carefully sifts through ashes to recover anything they can.
Local home improvement stores are out of stock of the necessary supplies for this work, and we have committed to help. If you feel led and are able to contribute, we are collecting monetary and physical donations to assist, along with handwritten notes to encourage the community.
Bri, our beloved church member, has volunteered to drive a truckload of supplies to Spokane on Thursday.
Please send Brianna Cummings a message to coordinate pick up or drop-off by Wednesday evening, 8/12.
