Oakland Heights Baptist Church is a biblical community of believers sharing Christ’s redemptive purpose to the world. We are a disciple making Church that focuses on loving God and loving others. We worship together as a church community, teach how to grow to be more like Jesus, and are very active in supporting missions.

Let’s go to camp! Summer church camp is one of the most memorable events of our yearly calendar and the best week of the ear for some teenagers. It really can be life changing!

How To Sign Up:
To register your teenager,use the link above. When it asks you for a church code, put in “oaklandheights”.

How To Pay: (partial scholarships are available for families in need, please contact Bobby directly if this might be you.)
The cost of camp for you is $190, after OHBC uses some budgeted money. Please plan to pay a $90 registration fee, and the remaining balance of $100 by June 28th. Payment can be made on the OHBC website at: http://ohbctx.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/3591675
or by cash or check.
Approximately two weeks before camp we will have a meeting to distribute all the information needed to pack and prepare. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact me. If I do not have an answer, I will find it and get back to you. We are looking forward to a great summer with OHBC Students!

Our mission team has made it to their home for the week in Lilongwe, Malawi!

Pictured here is the team of 5 sitting straight across on one of their flights, and Luis Correa with members of the Kenyan International Soccer Team that they met in the Nairobi Airport.

Malawi is 7 hours time difference than Texas, so they are down resting for the night and will get started in ministry on Wednesday morning.

The OHBC Kids and Senior Adult Ministries came together for a bingo night on Sunday and had a blast! We noticed many of the senior adults letting the kids pick out prizes. Thank you to Heather Nunley our Children’s Ministry Director and Gary Mason our Senior Adult Minister for joining forces to put on this event.
