We worship together as a church community, teach how to grow to be more like Jesus, and are very active in supporting missions.

Looking back on last week’s Legacy Banquet, we want to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful volunteers! From the smiling faces greeting guests at the door to the students serving plates and refilling glasses, this special evening would not be possible without you.

The Legacy Banquet is a night dedicated to honoring and remembering members of our church who have faithfully given their lives to serving others. But it’s also an opportunity for the next generation to step up, serve, and begin carrying on the legacy of those who came before them.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Legacy Banquet such a meaningful night! We are so grateful for each of you. ❤️

Last Sunday, we had the privilege of honoring five individuals who have faithfully served and left a lasting mark on our church. This year’s Legacy Banquet was an impactful evening of fellowship, worship, and celebration as we honored their dedication and service to our church family.

Congratulations to Nita Rogers and Ed Merritt on your Legacy induction! We also had the honor of posthumously recognizing Ray Wright for his faithful service and lasting legacy at OHBC. And congratulations to Betty and Dwayne Mitchell on receiving the Spirit of Service Award.

We are grateful for the example of faithfulness and service each of these honorees has given to our church and for the lasting impact they have made on generations of our church family.
