What a wonderful second night of VBS! We are so thankful for another evening filled with smiling faces, joyful worship, exciting activities, and time spent growing in God's Word.

Tonight's lesson was **"Jesus Is God's Perfect Son."** Our Bible story came from **The Baptism of Jesus** (**Matthew 3:13–17; Mark 1:1–11; John 1:29–34**). The children learned about Jesus' baptism by John the Baptist and witnessed the beautiful moment when God declared, **"This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."** They also learned that although Jesus chose to be baptized, He is the only perfect Son of God who never sinned and came to save us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another incredible night of VBS! We are excited to continue our adventure as we keep learning more about Jesus and His amazing love for us.

We can't wait to see everyone at our next VBS night for more Bible stories, worship, crafts, games, and fun. See you there!

What an amazing first night of VBS! We had so much fun worshipping, learning, creating, and spending time together as we kicked off an exciting week of discovering God's truth.

Our Bible lesson focused on **Jesus Is God's Promised Son**. The children learned from **Matthew 16:13–20**, where Jesus asked His disciples, "Who do people say that I am?" Through Peter's bold declaration that Jesus is the Messiah, God's promised Son, the kids discovered that Jesus is exactly who God promised He would be—the Savior of the world.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an incredible first night! We can't wait to continue our VBS adventure together.

📅 **Our next VBS night is Wednesday, July 1!** We hope to see all of our families back for another evening filled with worship, Bible study, crafts, games, music, and fun as we continue learning about Jesus and growing in our faith.

See you Wednesday!

Pursuing His Presence Week 2
This Sunday — “When Fire Falls”

1 Kings 18:20–39
Worship Begins at 10:45 AM

Israel wanted God and compromise. Worship and worldliness. Truth and comfort.

But Elijah asks:

“How long will you go limping between two different opinions?”

This Sunday we will see that:
God’s presence does not fall on divided altars.

Join us as we talk about:
• Repairing the altar
• Wholehearted surrender
• The power of prayer
• Pursuing the presence of God

“You cannot expect the fire of God while neglecting the altar of God.”

This Sunday, we begin a brand new series called “Pursuing His Presence.”

Our first message, “More Than Knowledge,” will come from Proverbs 1–2 as we walk through a powerful truth:

We do not merely need more information about God — we need the presence of God in our lives.

In a world filled with noise, opinions, content, and constant distraction, many people still feel spiritually dry, anxious, and distant from God. Why? Because knowledge alone cannot satisfy the soul.

This Sunday we will see from Proverbs 2 that:

* desperation leads us to seek God,
* prayer positions us before God,
* and the presence of God brings wisdom, protection, and hope.

If you’ve been hungry for something deeper than routine religion…
If you’ve been longing for peace, direction, or renewed closeness with the Lord…
If you’ve been going through the motions spiritually…

This message is for you.

Join us this Sunday as we pursue the presence of God together.

Worship starts at 10:45

NEW SERMON SERIES - In Our F260 Reading Plan

Pursuing His Presence

We live in a world overflowing with information but starving for the presence of God.

Over the next three weeks, we are going to walk through Scripture together and see God calling His people beyond shallow religion and into wholehearted pursuit of Him. These messages will focus on prayer, surrender, repentance, revival, and the life-changing presence of God.

WEEK 20 — More Than Knowledge
Proverbs 1–2

“We need more than information—we need the presence of God.”

WEEK 21 — When Fire Falls
1 Kings 18

“God’s presence does not fall on divided altars.”

WEEK 22 — Running From God
Jonah 1–2

“You cannot run from the presence of God and find peace.”

If you’ve been spiritually dry… distracted… weary… or hungry for more of God in your life, I believe these weeks are going to speak deeply to your heart.

Come pursue Him with us.
