Upward Basketball at Spring Hill will remain suspended until such time as we see a significant reduction in the number of Covid-19 cases in our area. The safety of our players and their families remains our top priority and we simply do not have the facilities necessary to safely hold the number of practices and games required for a successful season. We know this is disappointing news to many. We're also disappointed. Please know that we are praying for all those impacted by this recent resurgence and are looking forward to a quick return to normalcy. In the mean time, you can check back here for any new updates as to what's going on with Upward Basketball at Spring Hill. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

If you love Upward Basketball as much as we do, then this letter is going to make you as sad as we are to announce that we simply cannot have an Upward Basketball season this year and meet the safety guidelines required by state and local health authorities. From the very beginning of this pandemic, we have worked to create safe spaces and employ safe practices while continuing as best we can to serve our community. But with our limited facilities, crowded conditions for both game day and practices, coupled with the extensive requirements of state and local health authorities, we firmly believe it is in everyone's best interest to cancel this year and hit the ground running next year.

Thank you for supporting Upward Basketball at Spring Hill. Over the past ten years you have grown our league into one of the largest in the state. We hope we can count on you to join us next year for what we hope will be our best season yet. In the meantime, please know that we are praying for you and your family that our Heavenly Father would keep you safe and that this present trouble would be behind us soon. We remain....
