I love setting reasonable and achievable goals! Two Tips I have to share:
1. Utilize Alarms for reminders
2. Stack Habits, add your new habit onto one you already have

Highlighting some lovely ladies! I ran into some women who have gone through my How2Memorize Scripture Workshop at some church events, and they BLESSED me with beautiful words telling me that theyre still using my techniques, hows its helped them, and how some are teaching their grandchildren and bringing the family together for Gods word in a fun way! I love how Nerd4theWord has taken off and that theres more verses than I will ever know memorized! Praise God!! 🙌🙌

REPETITION!
I love how often God's Word has repeating
words, phrases or concepts.

Look over the verse(s) you are memorizing
and see if any words or ideas are repeated.

I am often blessed when I discover repetition in verses,
as it makes the verse much more attainable
by recognizing if you know that word "here" and it repeats "here",
then you already have that part memorized!

It often smile when I find repetition
because it seems it's almost as if God *wants us to memorize!

So smiling, I thank Him, and proceed to work on memorizing.

Select a verse and double check if it happens to have any words repeated and use that to aid you in your progress.

Memorization Tip of the Day: Association

When you find ways to associate verse numbers with something you're familiar with, you can create a quick-route for recall.
This Verse is 1 Timothy 3:16.
Whenever I see a 3:16, I think of John 3:16, that beautiful verse we are all familiar with. This Timothy verse also shares the beauty of the gospel, so it's very easy for me to connect-these-dots so I no longer say "I'm not sure what verse number it is".
I have an association for it and it's less effort to retain now that there's connection! Woohoo!!
