The form will open as a downloadable PDF form. Save it to you computer, then print it out and complete the information. It should be sent by regular mail, or email to the ICCC Office.

Each ICCC active member church or center is able to send two voting delegates to the International Council of Community Churches Annual Conference. Churches appoint these according to their local church procedures. Only one voting delegate may be ordained, but both can be lay. Sending in this form prior to Annual Conference allows voting delegates to receive some materials early if applicable.
Please be sure your pastor and church governing board attend to the appointing of Voting Delegates. Notification of authorized voting delegates must be on the form provided in the link above. Telephone calls and postcards will not suffice. If necessary (due to losing the form) notification of voting delegates may be sent in on church letterhead.
Other delegates to Annual Conference can attend the Business Sessions and have full voice, but they do not have a vote. Annual Conference is the primary deliberative body in our Council and the authoritative voice.
