Congratulations to our three young confirmands of Our Savior's Long Valley! After two years of early morning and Friday confirmation classes, Rollie, Landry and Teece were all confirmed in the faith by their teacher and pastor Cindy Bisser yesterday! God bless each of them as their journey of faith grows. At the supper afterwards, these three buddies made us all smile as they sat at the table where they ate at Lenten suppers when they were little. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the service to encourage these boys, and a special thank you to Valerie Richardson Ohrtman, Jami Gropper and Sanna (BrandonandSanna Rock) for the great meal and cake. What a great day it was!

Starting this Sunday (July 5) Our Savior's Long Valley will have a time change for its Sunday service. For the rest of the summer and into September, the Sunday service time will be 5:30 PM. Please let your church family members know about this change.

This Sunday's service will also be the occasion of confirmation for Rollie Ohrtman, Landry Rock and Teece Gropper. Please join us as these three young men are confirmed at Our Savior's LV.

Finally, you are all invited to join us afterwards for a meal as we celebrate this special time for these boys, provided by the three families. God bless you, young men, as you join your special place in the church.
