Living Beyond Limits—A Center for Spiritual Living is a sanctuary for those seeking to bring spirituality into their daily lives in a meaningful way. We believe in the Divinity within all people, our personal power to shape our destinies, and that all of us united in spirit and part of the one human family. Here you will find a community of people who are welcoming, who are Spirit-filled and enjoy growing in consciousness, who enjoy each other, enjoy life and who are passionate about making a difference locally and globally one thought at a time, one decision at a time, one action at a time. We see a world where everyone lives in love, freedom, peace, harmony and prosperity. We recognize the wholeness of each person and nurture the spiritual growth and transformation of ourselves and the world. Our purpose is to love, inspire, support and serve each other, and our community. At Living Beyond Limits everyone is welcome. We see ourselves as composed of two separate and distinct parts: the spiritual and the physical. But when we recognize our body as sacred, deserving of the same wonder, reverence, and awe we hold for the Earth, it becomes an integral part of our spiritual life.

Oftentimes, we see ourselves as composed of two separate and distinct parts: the spiritual and the physical. We regard our spirit as sacred, while viewing the body as ordinary or mundane.

Yet, in truth, Spirit is expressing Itself in, through, and as all things—outpicturing Itself as animals and plants, the Earth and the atmosphere, and as both our spirit and our body.

When we recognize our body as sacred, deserving of the same wonder, reverence, and awe we hold for the Earth, it becomes an integral part of our spiritual life. And when we honor the body in this way, we naturally begin to give it the love, care, and nurturance it deserves.

Join us Sunday for a message titled "Body of Evidence” where we will be exploring ideas around seeing our body as sacred and divine.

Last weeks talk titled, “Let’s Talk About It” is now available to watch on YouTube and our website, www.livingbeyondlimitscsl.org. When we discover what is beneath our anger, and are then able to have productive conversations about it, we create greater peace within ourselves and better relationships. Here’s how.

With all the craziness going on in the world it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

Yet oftentimes, we feel like it is our duty and obligation to stay informed. As a result, we can feel exhausted and burnt out.

When the world is challenging, self-care—including experiencing joy, laughter, and silliness— is not an option. It is necessary for our mental, emotional and spiritual health. Making time for joy doesn’t mean we don’t care. Instead, it’s being responsible for our own well-being.

Join us for our service and a picnic in the park this Sunday. Bring a chair and a dish to share. We will be exploring the idea of experiencing joy as a part of our soul-care. We hope to see you there.

Sometimes anger feels dangerous, so we avoid expressing it. But rather than ignoring or unleashing our anger, we can look at what message it has for us. When we are willing to explore our anger, look at what is beneath it, and resolve it in a healthy way, we create better relationships with others and a better life for ourselves.

When we approach our anger from this perspective our anger can become a powerful doorway for insight, conscious growth and meaningful spiritual evolution.

Join us Sunday for a message titled “Let’s Talk About It” where we will be looking at how to discover what is beneath our anger and then have healthy conversations that can lead to greater connection and love for ourselves and others. We hope to see you there.

We all want to live our best lives and have the freedom to follow our heartfelt dreams and longings. Yet sometimes we let our fear stop us.

While immediate fear keeps us safe from real danger, fear that lingers over time points to our growing edge. It shows us who we've been and invites us to become who we're meant to be. Our spirit gently calls us to step through that fear, because on the other side lies the freedom, joy, and possibility we've been seeking.

Join us Sunday for the wonderful music of Dennis Bryan, a message titled “Fear of Flying” and some ideas and inspiration to support you in stepping through your fear.

When anger is suppressed or expressed explosively, it can damage us or those around us. But when we understand its message, anger becomes a powerful force for healing, justice, and positive change. It is the soul's alarm bell, calling our attention to what needs care, courage, or action.

If our anger is suppressed or expressed explosively it can harm us, others and our relationships. But if we acknowledge our anger, understand its roots, and consciously choose to channel it, that same energy can be used constructively, for healing, justice, and creative expression. It's the soul’s alarm bell, alerting us to imbalance, violation, or injustice.

Love is not the absence of anger but its highest transformation. Through spiritual awareness, destructive impulses can become instruments of growth and healing, both individually and collectively.

Join us Sunday for a message titled “The Power of Anger” where we will be looking at how to use our anger in ways that are constructive and life giving.
