Carry The Load is a non-profit in Dallas that honors and remembers the sacrifices of U.S. military, veterans, first responders, and their families. They do this through nationwide events, especially the Memorial May National Relay, where people walk across the country to raise awareness and money. It was started in 2011 by two Navy SEAL veterans, and its goal is to help Americans connect with the sacrifices these heroes make and give them ways to show thanks all year.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to participate and contribute to community support, an endeavor highly valued by our church. Mrs. Beverly's efforts in coordinating the event and providing the shirts were instrumental in ensuring a successful and enjoyable experience as we engaged with our community.

At children's church on Sunday, they had so much fun with our lesson! We don't normally get to capture the little ones having a good time learning about the Lord!

Today marked a truly exceptional Mother's Day, as we celebrated with all the mothers in our congregation, offering our praises to Jesus.

What a beautiful Sunday it is to celebrate Barbara Kouba! She will be turning 95 years young tomorrow! We extend a huge thank you to everyone who assisted in making this joyous occasion possible! It is wonderful to witness the love of Christ across all ages, from birth to eternity! May God bless you, and have a wonderful Sunday.

Our hearts are glad this morning, our Father, as we welcome this new Sunday. Everything within us rejoices and praises You. May our lives rise from the shadows of death into beauty and blessedness. Prepare us for the work and worship of this day. Bless the words we have read from Your holy Word. May they become in us divine inspirations, kindling holy thoughts, pure desires, aspirations after holiness, and a love that will make our lives like altars of incense before you.
