Sunday School and Mother’s Day Fellowship

Long Beach, California – May 10, 2026

Today’s Sunday School consisted of a repeated lecture of the beautiful letter sent by the Servant of God; yet, it was received with the same emotion, beauty, and profound impact upon the hearts of the brethren.

At the conclusion of the Sunday school, the brethren enjoyed a beautiful Mother’s Day fellowship, sharing moments of joy and unity.

El Apóstol de Jesucristo, Naasón Joaquín García, habló sobre la verdadera felicidad que se encuentra en Dios.

“Porque la felicidad no es algo común; aunque todos hablan de ella, pocos la conocen en su verdadera esencia. El mundo la busca en lo pasajero, en lo material, en lo efímero… Mas la verdadera felicidad tiene un origen más alto y puro: ¡nace en la comunión con Dios!”

On such a special day for the Church of Christ, the brethren gathered at the temple to hear the words of a beautiful letter addressed to the Universal Church.

The Apostle of Jesus Christ, Naason Joaquin Garcia, spoke about the true happiness that is found in God.

“Because happiness is not something ordinary; although everyone talks about it, few know it in its true essence. The world seeks it in temporary things, in material possessions, in what is fleeting… But true happiness has a higher and purer origin: it is born through communion with God!”
