One soul was baptized in Jesus’ Name and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost during Monday Night Prayer! There is nothing like witnessing a life transformed by the power of God!

Although some time has passed, we still wanted to take a moment to honor the life and legacy of a wonderful man of God.

We pause to honor and celebrate the life of Suffragan Bishop Thomas Alexander Sr., who faithfully served as our Region One Suffragan Bishop and was a cherished part of our District 7. We will forever honor his impact, leadership, and lasting contributions to our district.

Romans 9:30-33 The Apostle Paul concluded that the Gentiles received righteousness that came by faith, while Israel stumbled due to their insistence on having to follow the law even though they could not attain to it. In essence, the law they followed became a stumblingstone, preventing them from attaining the righteousness by faith. However, the invitation still went out to both Jew and Gentile, promising that those who believeth on Christ by faith would not be made ashamed or regretful of their choice - meaning, the law cannot save, for that was not its intent or goal.
