Worship services will begin at 9:30 am at the Girl Scout Hut in Long Beach. Our meeting will begin shortly after the conclusion of worship services. There is plenty of room for social distancing and masks will be available. If you are unable to attend and have any questions or comments please feel free to post them here.

With the homecoming parade also happening this evening in the same general area as where we were going to meet, we are rescheduling the meeting to be this Sunday (10/17/2021) immediately following our worship service.

Agnes, thanks for letting us know about the parade. For some reason I was thinking it was tomorrow instead of today.

The topics of the meeting are still the same, we'll just talk about them Sunday rather than this evening.

As mentioned in church yesterday, (Sunday) we are holding a meeting this Wednesday (October 13th)at 6pm at the girl scout hut. We have some decisions that need to be made and they must be decided at this meeting, so if you want to be involved in the discussion plan on attending. Topics are listed below and we'll move from each topic once it's been discussed and decided.

- Fix roof (regardless of the next items on the agenda, this needs to be decided first)

- Approach the district about using the bldg for disaster relief staging

- Sell the church bldg, find a new bldg elsewhere

- Sell the church bldg, but keep the north property and build there

- Disband the church (this is only on the list based on the outcomes of the previous items)
