THE BOOK OF GOD
Do not weigh the Book of God with the degree of knowledge and science that is common among you, for the Book itself is the infallible Balance established among mankind. Know that with this perfect Balance, all that the families and peoples of the earth possess will be weighed, while the measure of its weight should be verified according to its own standard—if only you knew!

As for the vital nature and importance of the divine ordinances and laws, and the necessity of their complete obedience by believers, we read in the Extracts, page 162:
“Truly know that the essence of Justice and the source from which it derives are embodied in the precepts by Him who is the Manifestation of God Himself among mankind, if you are among those who recognize this truth. He truly personifies, for all creation, the supreme model of Justice.” Even if His law were to strike terror into the hearts of all who are in heaven and on earth, this law would still be manifest justice. The fear and turmoil that the revelation of this law provokes in hearts are comparable to the cries of terror of a baby deprived of its mother's breast, if you are among those who understand.
