Our Summer Career and Skills Nights kicked off this evening with an exciting session featuring local law enforcement, including officers from the London City Police Department and our very own State Trooper Jacob Schwab. The kids were able to explore the inside of a police car and even got to experience the real deal with handcuffs.
We had special demonstrations by 2 of the K-9 units. These dogs are so amazing with their knowledge and abilities! The kids were excited and loved watching them.
The police officers emphasized that their job is to protect and keep peace. We are thankful that God provides people in our communities that are readily available to help us and keep us safe!
