The Creek Church was founded in 1861 as Hawk Creek Baptist Church. For 144 years the church existed as a small community church, serving those living in and near the Hawk Creek area of Laurel County, Kentucky. 45 people were attending weekly in 2005 when God began a movement in our church. Today, we have three campuses and thousands come to worship and serve each Sunday.

We’re excited to welcome Lindsey Kirby as our new KidsCreek Director at The Creek Church Williamsburg! 🙌

She brings years of kids ministry experience and a heart for helping children know God’s Word and feel welcomed.

“One of my greatest passions is reaching outside the church walls through community outreach and showing families the love, hope, and grace of Jesus in a real and personal way.”

She is proud to call Whitley County home and is excited for this new chapter at The Creek.
