Refuge Church of God A refuge is a strong place, a place of safety. Refuge COG is a place where the hurt can be healed, the lost can be saved and a strong place for the weak.

(Psa 91:2) I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Refuge Church of God is a church dedicated to reaching those that are in the storm of life and need a refuge. We are a Christ-centered church that realizes that He is the only help for the lost. However, we recognize that we ARE the body of Christ. Therefore we have a responsibility of allowing Jesus

to live thru us, reaching those that are in trouble. He came to seek and to save those that were lost, and that's our mission as well....

My Lord what an amazing service tonight at Clay County Detention Center. At least 20 lost souls on the altar praying.

What if the stage was gone, the music, the sound system and the lights? If it was all gone what would be left?
Would we be satisfied with prayer? Could we worship without any of those things? If the music was gone, would your rejoicing in "The Spirit" still happen?
Is it possible that we are in love with church experience more that Christ?
