The end times Part III
What was Jesus referring to when he said that those who were on the house top should not return to take anything out of their houses,
but rather to head for the mountains?
To understand this statement, we must look to Jesus counsel at the sermon on the mount.
Also known as the Olivet Discourse.
Jesus disciples asked him what would be the sign of his coming, and the end of the age.
His response was to them, who understood little of it, and to us, who should understand it from a better perspective.
{Matthew 24:4} And Jesus answered and said unto them,
Take heed that no man deceive you. {24:5} For many shall come in my name,
saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Remember, this response is in light of the question,
"what is the sign of your coming, and the end of the age."
So his response is in the realm of the last days, at the time of his return,
therefore his answer must pertain to the last days of the church age.
Specifically the last 120 years of the church age, which began in 1906.
Moreover, "Christ" is not Jesus' last name; it means the anointed one.
So, Jesus is saying: that in the last 120 years of the church age,
many will come saying that I am the anointed one, and will deceive many.
Those of you who are in my age range can clearly remember Jim Jones,
Hale Bob, the Branch Davidians, and several false prophets who ruined,
and even took, the lives of many.
{Matthew 24:6} And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not
troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Since 1906 there have been a myriad of wars and rumors' thereof.
{Matthew 24:7} For nation shall rise against nation,
and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines,
and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
{24:8} All these [are] the beginning of sorrows.
In only one other place in the bible, prior to this, is a kingdom to rise against another kingdom,
that passage is prophetic of the current age, because this is an attribute of modern warfare exclusively.
Only in world war 1 and world war 2 could entire kingdoms be said to have been arrayed against other entire kingdoms.
{24:9} Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you:
and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
This came to pass for the Jewish nation during world war 2,
and more Christians were martyred, world wide,
in the 20th century than all the other 19 centuries combined.
{Matthew 24:10} And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another,
and shall hate one another.
{Matthew 24:11} And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
{24:12} And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
{Matthew 24:13} But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
This "saved" means delivered, as through the rapture;
because we know that spiritual salvation comes only by receiving the blood of Jesus as a substitutionary sacrifice;
it does not come from enduring to the end; that would be a salvation by works,
(as under the Old Covenant;) not a salvation by justification, as we the church enjoy.
{Matthew 24:14} And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;
and then shall the end come.
Woe!, woe!, woe!!! Don't let that WORD sneak past you, hidden in plain sight!!!
.. THEN SHALL THE END COME...
End of what ???
Every single thing in the rest of the Olivet Discourse focuses on the nation of Israel exclusively.
This end is of the church age. You have just witnessed in verse 14, the rapture of the church.
Again, hidden in plain sight.
Having dealt with the end of the church age,
now he jumps forward 3.5 years to deal with, the end of the Jewish age,
since the church is no longer on the earth.
{Matthew 24:15} When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation,
spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place,
(whoso readeth, let him understand:)
{24:16} Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
{24:17} Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
In the intervening 3.5 years since the rapture, the anti-Christ,
head of the new world order will have made a 7 year peace treaty with the nation of Israel,
allowing them to rebuild the Temple right on the footsteps of the dome of the rock.
{Revelation 11:1} And there was given me a reed like unto a rod:
and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God,
and the altar, and them that worship therein.
{11:2} But the court which is without the temple leave out,
and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles:
The most rational explanation for this passage of scripture, and the permission from the anti-Christ to rebuild the Temple,
is that an archaeological discovery, from excavating the wailing wall,
will show that the wall is actually the west wall of Herod's military fortress, proving that the dome of the rock is not on the Temple mount,
but is adjacent to it.
We know this because Jesus said that not a single stone would be left upon another,
so, the wailing wall could not be the west wall of the temple, as most thought for several hundred years,
because many stones remain one upon another in that wall.
This will prove both Jesus' statement in (Matthew 24:2) of the sermon on the mount,
and it will allow the temple to be rebuilt on the actual Temple mount site,
all the way out to the place where the original court of the Gentiles was.
{Matthew 24:1} And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple:
and his disciples came to [him] for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
{24:2} And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things?
verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another,
that shall not be thrown down.
This took place in 70 AD. and was not a part of the end-time narrative,
but it did setup the wall deception that would allow the anti-Christ to become the international hero,
that sets the stage for end-time events.
This could not have happened if the temple had not been destroyed in antiquity.
The court location, not measured (Revelation 11:2) will thus be occupied by the dome of the rock,
which the original court of the Gentiles was designed to foreshadow.
In that 3.5 year period the anti-Christ will be mustering his forces behind the seen, while outwardly speaking peace,
and in the name of peace, allowing 144,000 Jewish evangelist to blanket the nation and world with the gospel of the kingdom,
minus the indwelling of the spirit, and minus the earthly victory that the church in this dispensation is required to preach.
The good news of our dispensation is that we have dominion through Jesus blood,
a dominion that we may only exercise by use of our faith.
More succinctly, if we don't learn to exercise our faith,
we won't enjoy the dominion that Jesus has won for us.
When the church departs, that dominion will depart with us, so that the anti-Christ may be revealed in his time.
{2 Thessalonians 2:4} Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God,
or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God,
shewing himself that he is God. {2:5} Remember ye not,
that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
{2:6} And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
{2:7} For the mystery of iniquity doth already work:
only he who now letteth [will let,] until he be taken out of the way.
He that letteth (meaning restrains,) will restrain until he is taken out of the way.
But pastor, who is he that restrains?
He that restrains is the church, who will continue to restrain until he is taken out of the way; through the rapture.
But pastor, I thought that the church was a she, you know, the bride of Christ...
One day we will be the bride of Christ, but not now, we don't yet qualify,
because we have not yet made ourselves ready, as stated in Revelation 19:7.
{Revelation 19:7} Let us be glad and rejoice,
and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come,
and his wife hath made herself ready.
{19:8} And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen,
clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness o saints.
{19:9} And he saith unto me, Write,
Blessed [are] they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.
And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
We are currently the body of Christ, because of his shed blood;
completely a work of grace, but we yet lack the perfection that we will enjoy when we become the bride.
{1 Corinthians 12:27} Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
{Ephesians 5:29} For no man ever yet hated his own flesh;
but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
{5:30} For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
Jesus never had Adams sinful bloodline, his bloodline came from his father, God.
As our bloodline came from our father, Adam.
When we depart from this mortal life, we will leave Adams mortal blood behind, and join in immortality.
We stumble at this revelation, because we think of the bond of marriage as it is on the earth between a man and woman;
but our bond in heaven is likened to marriage, because of the oneness that it causes between two separate ones.
We who are now mortal, will become one with the Lord Jesus Christ, and our father the eternal God.
It is noteworthy that all in heaven will be the family of God, but not all will be the bride of Christ;
that privilege is reserved for the church, those who are redeemed by the blood, in this dispensation.
Neither the Old Covenant Jews, nor the post-church-age Christians will be the bride,
but they will befriends of the bride, as we will explore in the End-times part IV.
{John 17:22} And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them;
that they may be one, even as we are one:
{17:23} I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that thou hast sent me,
and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
In that day we will be justified men (and women) made perfect.
{Hebrews 12:23} To the general assembly and church of the firstborn,
which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all,
and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
That too will be a complete work of grace, but it will be after Adam's tainted blood is removed from us;
then we will be clothed in our own righteousness which will be manifest as fine linen.
In our dispensation, we are called to exercise victory over this world system,
and its current evils of our time, through the use of our faith.
This faith doesn't make us perfect, as pertaining to the flesh, because of Adams blood that keeps us mortal; but we are freely justified by Jesus blood, and victorious if we walk in the faith that he provided for us. Our walk by faith in the earth, (not some fabled sinlessness,) will constitute our own righteousness that will clothe us once our mortality is removed.
{Romans 3:23} For all have sinned, and come
short of the glory of God; {3:24} Being justified freely by
his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
In that seven year post-church-era, post-church age Christians will still need to use their faith, but it will not be to exercise the dominion that Jesus won for us, but it will be only to gain victory over the devil and the mark of the beast in most cases at the cost of their lives.
{Revelation 15:2} And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire:
and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image,
and over his mark, [and] over the number of his name,
stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
So let us close out part III of this discourse answering the question posed at the beginning of this part;
Why did Jesus say that those on the housetop should not come down even to take anything out of their house,
but to flee into the mountains?
Half way through the 7 year peace treaty, the anti-Christ will break the agreement feeling that his power is now sufficient,
and the 144,000 Jewish evangelist are doing too good a job at bringing people to salvation.
As Paul stated, he will enter into the temple demanding to be worshiped as God.
Many of those who had heralded him as the great bringer of peace to the middle east,
will believe him; primarily because of the wonders, mostly through technology,
that he will perform before the people.
{Revelation 13:13} And he doeth great wonders,
so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
{13:14} And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by [the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;
saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast,
which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
{13:15} And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak,
and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
This is the great slaughter that will take place half-way through the tribulation period, beginning the great tribulation; the last 3.5
years of this age; culminating in the millennial rein of Christ.
Jesus is warning his nation, Israel, the remaining people of God in the earth,
to flee when they see that the temple has been desecrated;
because when that happens there is but a short time until the great slaughter that will populate heaven with a number that no man could count.
They are told to flee into the mountains, specifically, Petra, because the devil is about to spew out of his mouth a flood,
in the attempt to destroy the Jewish nation.
{Revelation 12:12} Therefore rejoice, [ye] heavens, and ye that dwell in them.
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you,
having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
{12:13} And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth,
he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man [child. ]
{12:14} And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle,
that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place,
where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
{12:15} And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman,
that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
{12:16} And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth,
and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
{12:17} And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed,
which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
China for more than a decade has been collecting the worlds DNA,
(and preventing the world from collecting theirs.)
in an attempt to perfect a biological weapon that will selectively kill a given population,
like the Jews and any others they deem of no value to them.
(covet-19 was just a foretaste, accidentally or intentionally released.)
This passage of scripture seems to indicate a water born virus,
that may be stopped by an earthquake that diverts the path and source of fresh water.
This is speculation on my part, but quite possibly the scenario being described.
If I am correct, later far more effective versions will be airborne.
