Register Now for Summer Fest 2013!
St. John’s will once again host our SummerFest June 23-27. This is St. John’s very own version of Vacation Bible School for all ages. With SummerFest, we want to provide an opportunity for families to invite their neighbors to experience what God is doing here at St. John’s. This summer's theme is “Hands and Feet,” and we will be focusing on serving God by serving one another here at St. John’s and out in the community. Sunday night we will kick off the week with an outdoor concert in the grass outside at 193 S. Grace St. (same spot as 2011 concert) featuring our very own praise team. Monday through Wednesday we will provide dinner starting at 5:15pm with the opening assembly at 6:00p.m. Children will then go from station to station including Bible story, crafts and fun activities while adults will have a separate Bible study and adult crafts. This exciting week will culminate on Thursday with a church picnic and mission fair. Please bring your family, invite your neighbors, and share in what God is doing in and through St. John’s. Registration forms are found on the front page of our website www.stjohnslombard.org or in the back of church. If you are interested in volunteering during the week or behind the scenes, please contact the church office.
To ensure a successful week for everyone please complete the applicable information below so that we will have an accurate count for food and supplies. Please indicate the number of ADULTS AND CHILDREN that will participating each day.
