This entire week was such a successful week and enlightening time in the Lord.

“Day 4” sealed the deal to this week’s Vacation Bible Class teachings. “Strength & Power” are definitely attributes that we all need in order to achieve “Unity”. We thank Deacon Gary for his wisdom on being strong and powerful when working together as “ONE”.

As we come upon our final day (Day 5) of VBS, it’s time for the cherry 🍒 on top to be presented by Pastor Carl Mabins. He’s gonna bring all the nights together as a refresher of what we’ve learned this week.

Thank you to all the teachers (Minister Tasha, Pastor Shayla, Elder Linda, Deacon Tron, Deacon Gary) for your time and your words of wisdom to help edify us to carry out God’s plan for our lives. We are forever grateful.

Meet us tonight to hear the final teachings on Unity: The Seed to Progress from our very own Pastor Carl Mabins. Doors open at 6:30 PM; icebreaker games will go forth until 7:29 PM; and the class will start promptly at 7:30 PM. A food spread will follow immediately after the class.

Yesterday was “Day 3”, and it was an incredible night. We learned about “Overcoming Challenges” while operating in “Unity”. Elder Linda came forth with an awesome word, sharing testimonies of “Overcoming Challenges” in her own personal life. While Deacon Tron wrapped it up in discussing “Beyond Agreement”, when people don’t agree, but they maturely move past their differences in love and decide what’s best in fulfilling God’s purpose.

It’s not always how we feel about things, sometimes we have to decide to go along with the best decision as long as it fulfills “The Purpose”.

One of Tonight’s Take-Home Points: You have to acknowledge and find out what the problem is in order to resolve it. You need all of the real factors to determine a good resolution to “The Problem”.

Well last night was so awesome. This year’s theme is Unity: The Seed to Progress. As we started off our VBS week with “The Foundation of Success” taught by our very own Minister Tasha Reese.

It was a very informative and interactive night. Each night are topics related to how “Unity” in the church community should look like.

Come join us tonight for Day 2 of our VBS. Tonight’s topic/subject will be “The Problem”.

Have you been baptized? If not, this is your opportunity! We will be having an old-fashioned outdoor baptism immediately following morning service in our parking lot. Bring something appropriate to be baptized in and come ready for this special moment.
