At certain points in the calendar year, it can be nice to sing a new mass setting to facilitate changing moods, coinciding with the changing of the season. A little bit of variety in the mass setting helps to build a congregational repertoire of mass settings, and allows us to enjoy a sampling of the breadth of sacred music written for the Anglican church, with the intent to keep the reverence and meaning of the historical liturgical texts fresh and alive.

Enjoy listening to these recordings below of a new Kyrie and new Sanctus & Benedictusk. Listening to the music ahead of time, we hope, will help you to enjoy learning these new settings with us as we continue to worship God through the sung liturgy. We recognize that it might be a few weeks before you feel comfortable with the new setting. We invite you to meditate on the text and music as you are learning, and we invite you to enjoy singing these new settings together with us as we embrace the fall season.

Ladies of Holy Cross! Are you looking for a place to grow in your faith and connect with other women?

Our Women’s Bible Study offers a wonderful opportunity to study God’s Word, spend time in prayer, and explore how Scripture applies to our everyday lives. Along the way, we build lifelong friendships, dive into book discussions, take part in service projects, and other fun activities throughout the year.

We’re currently walking through the Book of Acts and would love for you to join us! We meet Wednesdays at 10:20am in the Strickland Center. All women are welcome, so bring a friend! 🩷

Autumn Fest is THIS Saturday, October 17th from 10am to 3pm!

This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet our neighbors in Loganville, serve our community, and share the hope of the Gospel with others. We’ll have a booth at the festival and are looking for volunteers to join us in greeting attendees and praying with those we meet. Volunteers are asked to serve a 1–2 hour time slot throughout the day.

Interested in serving at Autumn Fest? Email Fr. Brian at [email protected] for more information and to sign up!
