🚨 POOL ALERT 🚨

It was brought to our attention this afternoon that the pool appeared to be green and what appeared to be algae was growing in it. We immediately contacted Trinity Pool Management and forwarded him the photos that were sent to us. He said it was safe to swim in today, but advised us to shut it down tomorrow (Monday 6-27) and he would super shock it to clear up the situation. The pool should be back up and running on Tuesday.

It’s also important to note that he said one of the main causes of a pool growing algae this quickly is lake water transfer. He advised us to let all homeowners know if you or your family goes to the lake, please wash your bathing suits thoroughly to avoid lake algae transfer. He said algae grows and spreads very quickly and can easily turn a pool green in a matter of days. So please be advised to wash your bathing suits thoroughly if you or your family visit the lake this summer.

Thanks for your patience as we work diligently to get this matter resolved.

Good afternoon neighbors. A couple of quick things I wanted to share.

1. Someone has vandalized the HOA sign near the entrance of the neighborhood closest to Tommy Fuller Rd. We have contacted our sign vendor and they will be quoting us for a replacement of that sign plus the same sign at the other entrance that appears to have been completely taken as well.

2. A friendly reminder that all trash must be placed inside your cans for pickup. We have had complaints lately because people are putting boxes of trash out by the road and the wind is blowing the trash all over the place. The City will not pick up the trash unless it’s inside the proper container. So please limit trash to whatever will fit inside your container. If you need a second container, the City of Loganville will bring you a second one at a discounted rate. Also remember to bring your cans in from the street. We are still having cans left out by the road for multiple days after pickup. Let’s work together to keep things clean!

Thank you!
