Advent 4 and Christmas Eve
The last Sunday in Advent we gather at 10:00am on Sunday, December 22nd to celebrate the visit of Mary to Elizabeth. The fourth candle - Love - is lit. We certainly need more light on one of the days with the longest night. We approach Christmas and on the eve of the Nativity Of Jesus we gather at 7:00pm for a service of candlelight and carols.

Advent 3…the path to Bethlehem grows brighter. We light the third candle, On Sunday, December 15th, representing the JOY of Christ - soon to be with us. Our prayer is for God to teach us in our waiting to joyfully rejoice in His presence and work among us.

Second Sunday in Advent, December 8, 2024 @ 10am we continue our journey to Bethlehem. The candle we light illuminates the peace that Christ brings. The passage below, which is the K-Love Scripture today, very clearly brings the blessing of Christ’s perpetual message of peace from St. Paul. Live it - believe it - share it…a peace that passes all understanding.

The last day of the Church year is Sunday, November 24, 2024. We take time at 10:00am to celebrate Jesus the King - he is like no other king. He gave his life for the sake of God’s people and through his death he put an end to death for all who believe. There is no question about his return, in power and majesty to gather his elect. As we wait, we continue to worship and serve.
