The local police department in Hebron contacted Pastor Jerry Carpenter and asked if he knew of anyone who could use any bikes, or knew of a family who could use one. (The bikes made it through the judicial system for one reason or another and are now cleared to go to a good home.) Some are new, some are used, but all are in good shape. If interested, contact Pastor Jerry at [email protected]. First come, first served, until they are all given away. No deliveries - bikes must be picked up.

We asked a couple counselors what their takeaways were from NYC in Salt Lake City. Here is a response from Phillip from Cornerstone:

"When you're surrounded by 10,000 people with one goal (to worship, etc.), it's easier to stay in a relationship with the Lord, worship, read your bible, and pray. My worship was lacking, but I finally got it - true worship!"

We asked some of our SCO students who attended NYC in Salt Lake City what was their takeaway. Here is the response from Evie and Julia from The Refinery:

"We got much closer to God and our youth group. We appreciate the unity of the church. Our youth group felt the Lord's presence so much during worship. We are much closer!"
