The story of Acts is still being written! 🌊🔥

What an absolutely unforgettable Sunday at Mission Church! We wrapped up our series on the book of Acts the best way we know how—by watching people publicly declare their faith through baptism.

In the early church, every time the Gospel was preached, people responded by stepping into the water. This past Sunday, we got to witness that same Holy Spirit power moving right here!.

We are so incredibly proud of everyone who took that bold step of obedience. The tomb is empty, the water is stirred, and life change is happening! 🙌

A day of remembrance. A heart of gratitude.

Memorial Day is a powerful reminder of a core truth we hold dear: Life is most beautiful when it is given away for others.

Jesus said in John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” Today, we remember the men and women who embodied that kind of sacrifice through their service, giving their lives so that others could live in freedom.

Today, we honor the heroes who laid down their lives for our nation. Their legacy of sacrifice inspires us to live lives of purpose, service, and generosity. We remember their courage and we honor the freedom they secured.
