What does grace look like when you’ve been betrayed, rejected, mocked, and hurt?

In the final message of The Grace of Jesus series, Pastor Daniel Haskett takes us to the cross, where Jesus demonstrated the ultimate picture of grace. In the midst of unimaginable suffering, Jesus prayed for those who were crucifying Him: “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” — Luke 23:34

Jesus didn’t respond with vengeance—He responded with grace, mercy, and forgiveness. And He calls us to extend that same grace to others, even those who have hurt us.

Most importantly, the cross reminds us that Jesus took our place. He carried our sin, paid our debt, and willingly gave His life so that we could experience the life-changing grace of God.

What happens when our sin is exposed and we stand guilty before God?

In Part 3 of **The Grace of Jesus**, Pastor Daniel Haskett takes us to John 8 and the powerful story of the woman caught in adultery. Surrounded by accusers and facing condemnation, she encounters Jesus—and instead of receiving the punishment she deserved, she receives grace.

But Jesus’ words don’t end with forgiveness: **“Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”**

The grace of Jesus is freely given and sufficient to cover every sin, but His grace is also an invitation to transformation. We weren’t saved so that we could continue returning to the sin that was destroying us. Through Jesus, we can be forgiven, cleansed, made new, and empowered to live a different life.
