Sharing information for the cemetery…, this committee is separate from the church.., Just an update, we did not get to have a meeting as planned, we will try to reschedule for another time.
But, for anyone who wants to help, this Saturday will be the cemetery cleanup day, getting ready for the Memorial Day holiday. So I am encouraging anyone who can make it out to help in whatever way possible this Saturday to come on out, I plan on being out there sometime around noon, weather permitting of course, I will have most of the needed items, trash bags, water, lawn care equipment, gloves etc ....also I do sign off for community service hours for anyone who maybe participating in that program through CN...
Also I do want to thank our cemetery district county commissioner Randy Pierce in the cutting down of a dangerous tree within the cemetery, and helping us out with that as we have limited resources for bigger items like that...
Finally just want to remind everyone that resources are few, and this is still a voluntary task, and I appreciate those who do help cutting and cleaning when they can, it helps so much! We do still take donations to help out with this, and ask please consider maybe donating to the cemetery upkeep, we are trying to have someone out taking donations memorial weekend if possible, or we do still have a post office box address @
