This past Saturday, In His Name Ministries, Global Evangelist Alliance, the Global Network of Evangelists, Christ for All Nations, Lightlife Evangelistic Ministries, and the Cape Town Evangelist Network joined hands to host an exciting day for soul-winners at Orion Church International in Cape Town. The gathering brought together evangelists, pastors, ministry leaders, and those with a passion for evangelism for a full day of encouragement, impartation, and Kingdom connection.
The programme featured powerful ministry sessions from Ev Edward Ackerman, Dr Desmond Henry, and Ev Tamryn Klintworth, who each challenged delegates to remain faithful to the call of the evangelist and to pursue the harvest with purity and passion.
Three engaging panel discussions explored the calling of the evangelist from different perspectives. The first panel—The Pioneers—honoured seasoned evangelists who have faithfully served the Lord over decades. The second—The Next Generation—showcased younger evangelists who are carrying the torch into the future, while the final discussion—Ministry and Family—provided valuable insight into balancing ministry and family life.
Delegates also heard from Advance Groups, JOY! Magazine, and King’s Army, who all highlighted practical opportunities for collaboration and ongoing support for evangelists. The day concluded with a powerful time of worship, during which hands were laid on all in attendance and the Holy Spirit moved mightily.
We thank the Lord for the meaningful relationships formed, the existing partnerships strengthened, and the many who left equipped and inspired to continue proclaiming Christ with boldness and expectancy.
