Alhamdulillah, we are pleased to begin a new weekly gathering with M***i Hassan Shaikh.
Every Thursday after Isha, M***i Hassan will share lessons from the lives of the Sahabah (رضي الله عنهم), reflecting on their faith, sacrifices, and the example they left behind for us.
These brief weekly reminders are an opportunity to learn, reflect, and spend time in the company of beneficial knowledge. We encourage everyone to join us and bring their families.

Alhamdulillah, Salat al-Eid al-Adha has been confirmed for May 27th at 7:30 AM. Takbeerat will begin at 7:00 AM.

Please join us with your family and friends for this special day of worship, gratitude, and celebration.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.”(Sahih al-Bukhari)

Let us take advantage of these blessed days by increasing in worship, fasting, dhikr, dua, and good deeds during the few remaining days we have left.

As-salamu alaykum everyone,

InshaAllah, we will have Eid prayers at 8:00 AM this Friday or Saturday, depending on the local moon sighting confirmed by the Chicago Hilal Committee. Our Khateeb will be Hafiz Mujtaba Mohiuddin.

Please note that the prayer will start promptly at 8:00 AM, followed by the Khutbah. We kindly request everyone to be on time. The Eid Takbeer will begin at 7:45 AM.

Join us as we complete the recitation of the entire Qur’an in Taraweeh and gather for the special Khatm Du‘a during this blessed month of Ramadan. A beautiful night of du‘a, gratitude, and reflection upon the words of Allah.

Highlights from our Qur’an Night.

Our scholars spoke about the different maqāmāt used in Qur’an recitation and the various qirāʾāt, helping us better understand the depth and beauty of the Qur’an as we listened to the recitations throughout the night.

May Allah ﷻ protect our shuyūkh, reward those who recited and attended, and keep us connected to His Book.

Our honored guests will be covering powerful and beneficial topics:

• Shaykh Nasser Arubi will be speaking about what Maqāmāt are, explaining the different styles of recitation, and demonstrating them live with Qur’an recitation.

• Mawlana Umar Ahmed will be speaking about the 10 Qirā’āt, what an Ijazah is, and what a Sanad is — helping us understand the depth and preservation of the Qur’an.

• Shaykh Hassan Ali Kasi will bless us with a beautiful Qur’an recitation in the Mujawwad style.
