Official Prayer for the Intercession of St. Carlo Acutis - Feast Day October 12

Oh God, our Father, thank you for giving us Carlo, a life example for the young and a message of love for everyone. You made him become enamored with your Son Jesus, making of the Eucharist his “highway to Heaven.” You gave him Mary as a most loving Mother, and, with the Rosary, you made him a poet of her tenderness. Receive his prayer for us. Above all, gaze upon the poor, whom he loved and helped. Grant for me too, by his intercession, the grace that I need (mention your intention). And make our joy fulfilled, placing Carlo among the Saints of your Church, so that his smile may shine again for us in the glory of your name. Amen.
Say an Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be.

A BIG thank you to our Holy Name Society for their hard work cleaning the kitchen and parish hall today! We are grateful for everyone who gives their time to keep our parish spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for our community.

A special shout-out to a few of our Confirmation Year 2 students who chose today’s cleanup as an opportunity to kick off their service hours for the year! We are proud to see our young people putting their faith into action and finding ways to serve our parish.

Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped make a difference!

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our first LIFT event of the year, “Speak, Lord, I’m Listening” ….the story of Samuel hearing God’s voice. It was wonderful to see so many families and parishioners gathered together to share breakfast, Scripture, conversation, and faith.

A BIG thank you to our amazing LIFT team for all the preparation, creativity, and work that goes into making these mornings happen. They are the ones who work the magic behind the scenes! ✨

We’re already looking forward to our next LIFT gathering on Sunday, November 1!
