Lock Haven Shoe Bank A non-profit volunteer organization that gives free new shoes & boots to eligible kids and teens. Free boots are also given in winter. please).

The Lock Haven Shoe Bank operates inside Covenant United Methodist Church, 44 W Main St, Lock Haven, PA 17745. (The church is across the street from the Lock Haven post office's front steps.) We are open by appointment on the third Saturday of most months from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. (closed in June and July; open the second Saturday in December). Children and teens up to age 18 who have a PA ACCE

SS card or a CHIP card or similar insurance card are eligible for a new pair of sneakers, a pair of socks and a couple of books absolutely FREE! Please note that the boot selection is limited. Kids and teens may come from any Clinton County community and also from the Liberty-Curtin Elementary School attendance area. For an appointment, call or text 814-571-5324 (Mon-Fri 7-9 p.m.
