The cemetery cleanup scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled due to the weather and already soggy conditions. We will regroup and announce the next weekend that we plan to try.

The Six Mile Cemetery Headstone Project was started in order to place permanent markers on some of the graves that still have temporary markers and have been weathered beyond recognition. Thank you too everyone who came out for our cleanup day in May! We had a few "first timers" and a few "been awhiles" along with some regulars. A big THANK YOU to Johnice and Bob Nelson for all the mowing / work done the day prior to the cleanup... we missed y'all but are so thankful for all you do!

Fall Clean-up is just around the corner!

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, October 1, 2016 for the Fall Cleanup day at Six Mile Cemetery. We have seen good rain this summer, and the w**ds are getting tall, so bring a w**d trimmer if you have one!

The Spring Six Mile Cemetery Cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, May 7th, 2016. The date was moved from April when we discussed it at the October meeting. Please share the new date with others, and we will be sending out emails and letters shortly.
