Go find a single puzzle piece: maybe one from a box in the closet or a stray one tucked away in a drawer. Hold it between your thumb and forefinger. Feel the unique, jagged curves and the dry texture of the cardboard.

On its own, this piece might look like a confusing smudge of color. It doesn't show the whole picture, and it definitely doesn't make sense by itself. It’s easy to feel like our lives are just like this piece: fragmented, unfinished, and a bit confusing in this season.

But Father, You see the box lid. You know exactly where my piece fits. Today, let the physical sensation of that piece remind me that being "incomplete" isn't the same as being lost. I am a vital part of a masterpiece that is still being assembled by Your hands.

"Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." : Psalm 139:16
