May has been a great month in our elementary space as well. This past Sunday, we talked about how we can keep following God, even when we have questions as we dove into Acts 8:26-40. Our core questions is "How can you remember that God is with you in tough times?" Such a good question for us to reflect on too. We hope to see you this coming Sunday!

This Sunday, 12/31, we have our usual programming for pre-school and nursery age kids, and elementary kids will join adults in our celebration service at 9:30am and 11am. All kids are invited to wear pjs- and we will have pop tarts for them as well!

Hey Families- join us after either service this Sunday for a ton of fall fun and good food- and best of all, it's free! We hope to see you there. Kids will be able to paint pumpkins (and we do have paint smocks), but dress accordingly.

We kicked off our new August series in pre-el and elementary this past weekend! Our elementary kids are talking about creativity- and how they can be creative because they are made in the image of God! We started our kids canvas, featured in this photo, back in the spring with sq**rt gun painting. Now we have begun adding handprints to it. I love how just like this canvas, God is always working on us and making us new. I can't wait to see our canvas at the end of the month. Our verse for the month says "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Eph. 2:10 NIV
