SOH Family,

After much consideration and closely monitoring the forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel service tonight.

The National Weather Service is forecasting the heaviest rainfall for our area during the evening hours, around the time of service and when many of you would be traveling home. With the potential for heavy rain and flooding, we simply don’t want to put anyone at unnecessary risk on the roads.

Your safety is extremely important to us, so we’re asking everyone to stay home, stay safe, and continue to closely monitor the weather.

As always, if there is anything you need or anything we can do to assist you during the storm, please don’t hesitate to call.

What a powerful and joy-filled day in the house of God yesterday at our Kids Take Over!

From the songs and games to the incredible message from Bro. James Haefs, God truly moved in a mighty way! He spoke powerful words that touched not only the hearts of our children, but the adults as well. What a beautiful reminder that God can use anyone, at any age, to make an impact!

We followed service with an amazing time of fellowship, food, laughter, and games at our potluck.

We are so thankful for our Kids of Hope and for a church family that loves, supports, and invests in the next generation!

We’re raising up a generation that knows Jesus, loves His Word, and isn’t afraid to let their light shine!

What a beautiful service today honoring the life of our beloved Bro. Hermes. We are thankful for the life he lived, the faith he carried, and the countless ways he faithfully served and worked for the Lord.

He will truly be missed, but we find comfort knowing that he finished his race and worked so faithfully for this day. Until we meet again…
