Please talk with your child about their fasting days and what they are fasting from, and help them remember their days. If they weren’t able to sign up Sunday, please decide together what and when they will fast. Also remind them that “prayer time is not play time”. I’ve sent the daily prayer focus—please review it with your child and help them make a prayer list.
