What a beautiful and blessed Easter at Mt Gilead Community Church! 🌅✝️

We started the morning with our 7am Sunrise Service, where our Life Group truly showed up and showed out, sharing some beautiful Easter songs that set the tone for the day. Brother Dawson Simmons brought a powerful message.

We enjoyed an amazing breakfast prepared by our Grill Masters—what a blessing to gather around the table together! Jackie also captured sweet moments with family pictures that we’ll cherish for years to come.

We continued with Sunday School at 10am followed by worship at 11am. Our praise team did an incredible job leading us, and Pastor Mark Neely delivered a meaningful message that spoke to so many hearts.

We gathered for our traditional Easter church family photo—always a special moment—and wrapped up the day with an egg hunt for the kids (and a few fun-loving adults too! 🐣).

From start to finish, it was a day full of joy, fellowship, and love. So thankful for a church family where everyone pitches in—what an amazing day it truly was!

He is risen! 🙌

For everyone’s safety, we will not have church tomorrow, February 1st, in the morning or evening. Please stay connected to Jesus through prayer, worship, and His Word during this time. The weather will break soon, and we will resume our normal services.

❄️ Weather Update ❄️

Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, both of our Sunday services are canceled tomorrow on January 25th.

Pastor Mark encourages everyone to spend time in God’s Word and lift one another up in prayer. 🙏

We will resume services as soon as it is safe to travel.
If you need anything at all, please reach out. Stay safe and stay encouraged. ❤️

We had a good time tonight! Thank you to everyone who decorated and handed out candy and thank you to all the trick or treaters that came out! 🎃
