We are looking for places to hold a 1-day party club on Thursday, June 25th in Western Maine for our CYIA students! Do you have children in your neighborhood? Or do you have children or grandchildren with lots of friends? This could be a wonderful opportunity for them to have fun and learn about Jesus! We have a bible lesson, memory verse, sing songs and play games! If you would like to host a club, please reach out for more information!

It's about a month until Christian Youth in Action begins.
Please, be praying for our dedicated teachers and the students who will be attending this year. We have many students attending from Western Maine. We are praying the Lord will work in their lives, and they will be encouraged to serve the Lord for the rest of their lives whether it's working with CEF or in some other ministry.

We are excited to introduce Crystal St. Onge as part of our staff here in Western Maine.
Crystal was hired last June as our Children's Ministry Coordinator. She has been working with us to train, encourage and lead our faithful Good News Club volunteers.
When Crystal was a little girl, she was led to the Lord by Miss Joyce Forsyth right on the back steps of our Chapel on Wheels.
She has a heart and a contagious enthusiasm for the CEF ministry. We are very excited to have her on board with us here at CEF of Western Maine. Her ideas and creativity are a huge asset to us as we continue to shine God's light in this dark world.
She and her husband have 5 children, and they know the value of training their children in the way they should go.

Dear CEF of Maine Family,

It is with both joy and sadness that I write to inform you that our Sister in Christ and Fellow Laborer, Jeanette Linsey, has gone home to be with her Lord. At 5:15 yesterday morning, Jeanette finished her race well. She is now free from cancer and is enjoying an eternity in Glory.

Though we grieve at our loss, we do not grieve as those who have no hope. Jeanette had set her eyes on this hope that was before her and, unto the very end, sought to share that same hope with the children of Maine. Though her physical presence has left us, her example of a life devoted to Christ remains. May that example continue to be an encouragement to us as we run with endurance the race that is set before us so that we too may finish our own race well.

We will communicate with you service times as that information becomes available. Please keep those in prayer who were particularly close to Jeanette.

Welcome to our new State Director!

Ryan Decker has been hired as State Director for CEF of Maine. We are so excited to welcome him, his wife and his three children to our staff and CEF family. We thank you all who have prayed so faithfully for this position to be filled and we are praising the Lord for His provision in this area. Please pray for the Decker family as they embark on this new journey in providing leadership for CEF of Maine.
