us from the bo***ge of sin. Though having zeal and pursuing God, they remain in the condition of the man in Romans 7 --still enslaved to their flesh, the world, and the devil. The only way to be freed from this bo***ge is to know the Truth and be fully persuaded that the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus makes us free from the law of sin and death; that believers are empowered to walk after the Spirt and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. ON TITHING AND GIVING
A true child of God is surrendered to having their mindset, what they allow, what they consent to, what they say, and what they do generated by the Fire of God, illuminated by the Light of God, and animated by the Spirit of God. This means that the use of assets is not determined by personal thoughts and emotions or by rules and regulations but solely by the Love of God.

Therefore, people are under the Law when they are only compelled by the written Word to give ten percent (the tithe) into the Kingdom of God. Those who think they’re justified because of doing so are no different from the scribes and Pharisees to whom Jesus says, “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cu**in, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone (Matthew 23:23).

How could only ten percent of a believer’s time and possessions be the standard or limit of their giving when everything at their disposal is governed by Divine Love? It can’t be!

Furthermore, the Biblical “storehouse” is not only the local church, although individuals who want to build their own kingdom would have people to believe it is so. The storehouse is the Kingdom of Heaven: not a particular church fellowship or building made with hands(Acts 7:48).

So, all giving that’s generated by the Fire, Light, and Spirit of God is being deposited into the Heavenly storehouse that is set apart to supply and advance the kingdom of God here on earth, while all that’s given and put to use under the power of the carnal nature will only advance temporal kingdoms of this world, even when done under the banner of Christianity(John 3:6).

“And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments”(Matthew 19:17).

It’s clear that we don’t have any goodness of our own, so the things we say and do cannot fulfill the will of God or glorify Him unless there is an actual birth of His virtue in our inward man to produce His own goodness in us and through us.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).

People who are not willing to trust God as the sole source of their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being will often tell those who do so that God gave them a mind and they should use. This encourages people to place their trust in the world’s science, technology, and skill. Statements like this reveal the ignorance of those who make them.

While it’s true that God created man with a sound mind, the mind we are now born with is not the sound mind of man’s original, right state of being. It was severely perverted when the fall occurred, leaving the soul enslaved to comprehending and calculating everything according to carnal reasoning, emotions, the natural senses, and physical circumstances. This is why God sees fallen man as a beastly creature (Ecclesiastes 3:18).

As a result of the fall, the natural man is incapable of any perspectives that are congruent with those of God, so he must be regenerated with the Divine nature before sound logic and reason can be restored, which is clearly seen in the verse I began with and several of the scriptures references listed below, especially those in Romans 8 and the 2nd chapter of 1 Corinthians.

Therefore, regenerated souls who place their confidence in God and exercise their faith in Him alone to meet all the needs of their spirit, soul, and body are using their renewed mind to reason and calculate matters correctly while those who persecute them for doing so are drawing all their perspectives from the depraved mind of their beastly nature.

Individuals who are unwilling to turn away from trusting in self and the world are choosing to keep themselves enslaved to their beastly nature, carnal reasoning, and separated from God.

Self-righteousness is the fuel for wrath in the soul of man because people who perceive they are somehow justified in their sin will not humble themselves and give God the place to generate a re-birth of the Divine nature within them.

Fallen man has a strong desire for the union with God that he was created to possess. The desire produces a pursuit to be satisfied. Lost souls keep searching for things of this world to satisfy the desire, but everything in lieu of a re-birth of the Divine nature produces resistance to the pursuit.

The pursuit and resistance to it produces a whirling motion of anguish within the soul and this spiritual inflammation is wrath. Wrath continues to intensify as the unsatisfied desire is left unaddressed by rejecting the power of the gospel to be regenerated with the Divine nature and have the disorder corrected.

Many are deceived into thinking they’re ok and there’s no wrath in them because forms of religion, false doctrines, carnal reasoning, and fleshly gratifications have desensitized them to, or distracted them from, their true state of being. This keeps them under the delusion that all is well though they’re never satisfied, suffer from anxiety, have poor health, are short tempered, continue in sin, and have little or no inner peace. These all indicate that a soul is in the state of disorder I’ve described and it will only grow worse without the Fire, Light, and Spirit of God being reunited with it to now generate the mindset, what is allowed, what is consented to, what is said, and what is done.

Some professing Christians are of the mindset that ministry is most effective when believers reach out to people in their field of earthly activity or expertise. A few examples are; country believers are better suited for ministry with country people, executives are better with business people, athletic believers with athletes, cowboy believers will be more effective with cowboys, educated believers are better for reaching intellectual people, and so on.

All such thinking stems from a myth that’s born of carnal reasoning and professing Christians with this mindset are a hindrance to the operations of God. While having common earthly lifestyles may provide some opportunities to minister, they are not necessary to it and have nothing to do with communicating the things of God to others.

In spite of all the cultural, political, economic, social, religious, racial, intellectual, and other distinctions in this world, there are really just two differences in all of humanity; individuals who have their life generated by the Fire, Light, and Spirit of God and those who do not.

The point being that everyone who does not have the Life of God in them has the same desperate state of being and dire need for the remedy. Fleshly similarities or differences have nothing to do with this and they don’t help or hinder the Holy Spirit.

The desperate state of being is broken union with God. The soul of fallen man has a strong desire for the union with God that was lost. This unsatisfied desire produces wrath in the soul and will continue to do so throughout eternity unless the original union with God is restored. The one need is being restored to man’s original right state of being. The one remedy is having one’s life regenerated with the Divine nature to now initiate, govern, and animate the mindset, what is allowed, what is consented to, what is said, and what is done. ANY FORM OF RELIGION IN LIEU OF THIS CAN DO NOTHING TO SAVE A SOUL.

Man can only be awakened, brought to repentance, and to receiving this Divine restoration by the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the only things that are actually necessary for effective ministry are the Divine influence proceeding from the heart of a true believer and Divine influence moving upon the heart of those being ministered to.

True children of God are set on being led by the Holy Spirit and they always rely upon grace to utterly dismiss carnal reasoning.

It’s wise to stay mindful that whatever is born of the flesh is flesh and whatever is born of the Spirit is spirit (John 3:6). Everything generated by the carnal nature is spiritual darkness that opposes the will of God.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

A lot of people may believe their salvation is secure because they have an intellectual assent to Bible facts and have changed some things in their outward life. Things like attending and working in the church, having times of prayer and Bible study, and being involved with missions or local ministries to name a few examples. All of this is good, holy and beneficial when it's being generated by the Fire, Light, and Spirit of God.

However, all these activities can also be generated by the fallen nature and practiced in an attempt to improve the old man or hide our unrighteousness under a religious covering.

The gospel is not about improving our sinful self, merely hiding it, or excusing our sin. It’s the power of God to free us from the sin nature and regenerate us with the Divine nature to now walk as Jesus walked.

The sin nature cannot be modified and this is why it must be crucified. Our salvation consists of nothing less than restoring us to the likeness and image of God, which was Adam’s state of being before the fall occurred.

Religious activities, in themselves, cannot produce a new creature in Christ. The new creature can only be brought to birth when an individual turns their whole heart to God, dies to self, and exercises their faith to be united with the Fire, Light, and Spirit of God whereby they may begin to generate, enlighten, and animate their mindset, what they allow, what they consent to, what they say, and what they do.

“If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin”(1 John 1:6-7).

There is no cleansing of sin and therefore no salvation for those who choose to stay in the dark. This is why we must take up our cross and die to the pride, lust, envy, and wrath of our fallen nature by drawing our whole life from self-less Love, meekness, long-suffering, and total resignation to God. This is the nature and essence of Jesus that is conceived and brought to birth in the soul of everyone who truly repents and believes the gospel.

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven”(Matthew 5:14-16).

There’s one reason spiritual darkness and all of its evil manifestations are increasing. It’s because there’s such a small percentage of people who are actually vessels of Heavenly Light. The spiritual properties of the Divine Light are self-less Love, meekness, long-suffering, and total resignation to God. This is the actual nature and essence of Jesus; the Light of God that came into the world through His body of flesh.

If all the people who claim to believe in Jesus were really giving place for His nature and essence to be kindled within them, generate their life, and manifest through them, the Light of God would be overcoming the spiritual darkness within their own soul and the world around them, just as physical light overcomes physical darkness when the sun rises to start a new day.

Professing Christians who aren’t giving place for this Divine work to occur in and through them don’t have any place to complain about all the evil in this world because they’re in league with the powers of darkness and part of the problem.

“For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. …” (Isaiah 55:10-11).

Be assured that the Word of God is always accomplishing what it is sent to do - saving those who comply with it and condemning those who will not.

Seems there’s a lot of people who think these and similar verses are promises that may be used to acquire all the material things they want. However, everything in the Bible is about annihilating sin and restoring all of fallen creation, which now suffers from the perpetual restlessness produced by a want of the Divine nature that was in union with it when first created.

Although God graciously meets all of our physical needs, His purpose for man is no different. It’s not to gratify our flesh but to turn our heart away from self and this world to Him, whereby we can be restored to man’s original right state of being.

We have our own will, so it must be turned to God in order for His Fire, Light, and Spirit to restore our soul by re-kindling the Divine nature within us to now generate our mindset, what we allow, what we consent to, what we say, and what we do, just as it did in Adam before the fall occurred.

When a person denies this authority to the Fire, Light, and Spirit of God in their inward man and outward life, they’re choosing to continue their broken union with God and are condemning themselves to everlasting torment.
