Trail Life is a Christ-centered scouting program for boys in Kindergarten through 12th grade. The focus of this masculine program is outdoor experience, life skills, service to our community, and spiritual development. Our guiding vision is to be the premier national character development organization from young men which produces Godly and responsible husbands, fathers, and citizens. Lakewood’s T

roop 3 is one of over 550 Troops
nationwide. Interested families should contact Troopmaster Bryan Damron. We meet Monday nights, year round, at Bear Valley Church in Lakewood and would be delighted to have you visit. God is First, Others are Second, I am Third… We are, Troop 3!

2019 - Summer Adventure (Navigators)

Known as "The Big Adventure" our Troop put together this event for fun and adventure in the wilds of Colorado. It was raining for most of it... whew!

Narrow Gauge Railroad Ride
Historical Mine Tour
Camping - 2 nights
Backpacking into Wilderness Area - 2 nights
Climbing Mr. Bierstadt (14,000' peak!) ..or Making our own fishing poles from willow branches and paper-clips.

Spiritual Theme for evening discussions...

3. Doing 'Good'

The trip was awesome for Trailmen and adults alike, we'll do a write-up for interested Troops with the full plan including estimated costs, times, and how to make reservations.
