Following Jesus isn’t just about trusting His promises, it’s about surrendering to His plan.

Where are God’s plans and your preferences colliding?

Sometimes the greatest obstacle to God’s will isn’t opposition… it’s our own desire for a different outcome.

Abram became Abraham when he chose God’s plan over his preferences.
Jacob became Israel when he chose God’s plan over his preferences.

But Isaac stayed Isaac.

Maybe because he never learned to put God’s plan ahead of what he wanted.

Every problem in human history started when God’s plan wasn’t someone’s preference, whether it was Adam and Eve, someone around you, or even you.

The question is: What are you holding onto that God is asking you to surrender?

What isn’t transformed often gets transferred.

Fear. Insecurity. Dysfunction.
Sometimes we inherit blessings and brokenness at the same time.

But through Jesus, generational cycles can be broken. 🙌🏼

God has always been faithful, through every generation, every circumstance, every season. Even when life doesn’t unfold the way we hoped, His character never changes.

Don’t run to your fallback plan.
Run to the Father. 🙏🏼
