Many people were brought to tears today over the transformation that took place at Field Elementary. It would be impossible for the students, parents, and teachers not to notice on Monday. Well done Mission Hills and Calvary Littleton! To God be the glory!

Here's just one story from the Prayer Scavenger Hunt today. These amazing people did more for the community of Littleton than we will ever know this side of eternity. Thank you to all who participated!

"We met a young woman in the parking lot of the Arapahoe House (residential treatment center) who said she was now sober and had just gotten back her five month old baby girl who was with her. She said she was in transition now still living at the AH. We prayed with her after she told us her story, and she said she might come to MH next Sunday. We left our email with her in case she'd like to meet again for encouragement or support."

Love in Action is only a week away! Why do we serve? Because he served! And when we serve we become more like Jesus and point people to him.

The theme verse for Love in Action is Mark 10:45, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Let's follow our God's humble example!

Listen to the following song created from the words found in Matthew 20:26-28, parallel verses to Mark 10:45. As you listen to these amazing words, pray that the Lord would use Love in Action to make us more like Jesus and transform our community in the process!
