Every day, we are seeing more and more evidence of the impact of depression, social isolation, and anxiety among the young people and families we minister to and with, heightened by an ongoing pandemic, a rise in polarization, hate crimes, and criminal violence throughout our country. The impact of all these factors weigh heavy on both the ministers and the ministered. Join licensed professional counselor (and former ministry leader) Laura Lewis as she reviews the current state of despair and the impact it is having upon young people and families. Following her presentation, there will host an extended “counselor call-in” segment where viewers can ask the questions and seek the support you need to more effectively respond and reach out to those you serve.
