Decorating Days are HERE!

Decorations are going up, and our volunteers are hard at work preparing for Kingdom Quest VBS!

We're transforming the church into a world of adventure where kids will discover God's love, build friendships, and make memories that last long after the week is over.

June 2: 10am-4pm
June 3: 10am-4pm + 6pm-8pm
June 4: 10am-12pm

Lunch provided!

Reminder!! Beginning TODAY, Sunday School hour is from 10:00-10:50am!

Beginning TODAY, our Sunday morning schedule is changing:

✨ Modern Worship → 9:00am
✨ Sunday School Hour → 10:00–10:50am
✨ Traditional Worship → 11:00am

We’re making this adjustment to help more families fully participate in both Sunday School and worship each week!

ALSO — if you’re in the Sanctuary this morning and notice some large temporary speakers… yes, we know they’re not exactly beautiful 😅 Please pardon our mess while we test new sound equipment!

But here’s the exciting part: this is your Miracle Sunday generosity at work. 🎉 We’re taking steps toward improved sound and worship experiences for years to come.

Thanks for your flexibility while we test things out — and remember: the current speakers are NOT permanent!

Do you love helping kids grow in faith, confidence, and community? St. James United Methodist Church is looking for a Children’s Ministry Associate (part-time, 20 hrs/week) to help create a welcoming, joyful space where preschool and elementary children can experience God’s love and build lasting relationships.

This role includes Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, and some weekday office hours—and a chance to make a real impact in the lives of children and families at St. James. 💛📖🎨
