New Birth will accomplish this by continuing to build on the foundation that God has a

lready laid. We will use our Men of Power conferences, Women of Destiny conferences, our Fresh Start and community based programs to reach the homeless, incarcerated, and destitute. To touch the lives of people worldwide so that everyone has the opportunity to live life and live more abundantly.

Someone asked me today how do you love in the face of hatred, and oppression. I told them the hate that is directed towards you should fuel the love that you give back to them. I learned a long time ago that it's the hate that makes you great. There must be something great about me that makes you want to hate, or oppress me. Even in the face of great hate Jesus never loss focus on the real goal and that was to show people what true love was all about. I know it becomes difficult at times to do this, but remember we are not on this earth to be liked, or loved by others we are here to accomplish the plans of God. Which means the majority of the people in this world will not love you. Jesus said if they hate me they will hate you also. We have to learn to love in spite of everything people do to stop us from doing what we were birth to do.

Every year we celebrate another year of life we call it our birthday, but it is really another year that we have lived. Today is my birthday and I am so thankful that God has granted me another year. There have been some up's and downs this year, pandemic, work, family, and so many other things that happened but the great thing about all of the issues I went through was that I made it through them all. David said this poor man cried out and the Lord delivered him out of all his troubles, and that's how I feel today. I just pray that God will allow me to be here the same time next year, so I thank all my friends for all their support over the last twelve months and I am looking forward to the next year with all of you. I love you all and have a BLESSED MERRY CHRISTMAS.

People are constantly asking me how they can stay calm, and how to deal with everything that's going on in this world right now. I tell everybody the same thing, if you can't find that place of peace, all of this stuff will cause you all sorts of problems. The response I get the most is where can I find peace, and I tell them the peace you seek starts with the peace of God. God knew that we would encounter times like this, that's why he wanted the Apostle Paul to write about these days in Second Timothy Chapter 3. The Apostle tells us that there would be crazy days, and people would act like they have lost their minds. God tells us that we have to be Strong and of Good Courage and don't turn away from his word. You see the peace we need is in the word he has given us. To meditate on God's word is to find that place of peace with him. So know matter how crazy the world gets there is always calm with God.

I hear so many people asking where is God in this time of crisis. I tell them all the same thing he is right here with us all you have to do is seek and you will find him. I have watched so many people lately look to the health officials, the government ,and other place for comfort and relief during all of this. Since things have slowed down this is the time that we can spend seeking God for the answers of your life that you have been searching for. I know I have found out some things about myself, and what God expects of me. The peace and comfort I needed I found in him. I pray that you can find the same for yourself.

So lets take a moment to remember some things, there comes a time when you have to walk the talk. I have heard so many people talk about who God is to them, and how strong their faith is. I now see those same people running scared with fear. Sometimes God needs to see where we really are in our faith and commitment to him. Weapons will form, giants will stand in front of us, an the winds will beat against our lives this we know. He says he will never leave us or forsake us we just have to trust and believe what he says. Remember he is able to take care of us in any situation, or circumstance. Now the question to all of us is, WHO DO YOU REALLY TRUST?

The other day I was reading the scripture that says deny yourself and pick up your cross and follow me. I got stuck on the word deny because so much of what is going on in the world today revolves around deny. How much better would we be in this world if all of us learned to deny ourselves. There would be know racism. no hunger, no wars because to deny oneself is to give yourself to others, and to follow is to walk in the love of others.

If you were blessed to see a new year then that should tell you one thing, that God still has a plan for you.Last week was a week of joy, excitement , and sorrow. Last Monday was my birthday that was the excitement, Wednesday was the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ that was the joy, and last Saturday I had attend the funeral of my uncle who was the Father I needed in my life, and that was the sorrow.As the new year begins I am more motivated than ever to serve the Kingdom of God and to help his people grow and become the Men, Women , and, Children he created us to be.Can you just imagine what this world could become if we all gave and received the love that God has instructed us to give. Most people look at the new year as just another number on a calendar, I look at it as opportunity to do greater things for God and for people. I know that all of us our here to make a difference in the lives of others and I believe that this year we will see great change and new beginnings for so many people.In the midst of our, joy, our excitement, and our sorrows our love and commitment to others will be the light that changes the world.I pray that the new year will be great and prosperous for everyone, but let us not forget that we are here to serve others so that there lives will be better.

So I ask myself from time to time what makes life so exciting. Well for me there are a few things, the fact that I wake up every day is one reason,my wife and children is another reason, getting to spend another day with God is one, but the most exciting thing I look forward to every day is the unexpected things. I know some people don't like the unexpected(only if it's good) but I like it all. When things happen that we consider bad I look at it as an opportunity for God to do something great in me. It allows me to use the tools he gave me not only through his spirit, but also with his word. As the song goes we all like sunny days but can you stand the rain. The unexpected is there to grows us, but it's also there to help help us. When we get that unexpected blessing it gives us the opportunity to be an unexpected blessing to someone. Everyday we should look to be a difference maker in the life of someone, and we should be ready for someone to be a difference maker in our lives as well. So don't be afraid of the unexpected things in life but welcome them, because God is trying to make you better.

Today I learned a valuable lesson from God, and that is no pain, no gain.I know that may sound not of God but in order to grow in the abundance of God we have to suffer through some things. Nobody likes to endure painful situations, but Jesus had to suffer in pain to achieve the Glory that God had en store for him. There is a direct line from Pain to Promise, and you can't get to the promise without the pain.The great thing is that God is there to help us through the most painful situations in our lives, so that his promise is fulfilled in us. So the next time time you are dealing with a painful situation know that you are a step closer to the promise he has for you.

What do you do when you don't know what to do. This is a question that is asked everyday by so many people. Nobody wants to make the wrong choice or decision, but how do you know what is the right choice or decision. The answer is simple you trust God to make the choice for you through is word and your faith.We spend so much time agonizing over decision and we never consult God. Remember lean not on our own understanding, but this is what we often do. So let God decide for you and quit driving yourself crazy over choices and decision's.

So God blessed me and my wife to go to Paris France last week. It was my second time there in the last three years but it was my wife's first time. The one thing that we both thought about was the favor of God on the lives of his people.We did not take the opportunity for granted we appreciated what God had done, but more importantly we made sure that everywhere we went we wanted to show and tell people about the glory of God. We told so many people our testimonies and how God has blessed us through our faith in him. God wants his people to be examples of what he can and will do to have enjoyable lives. I thank God that he has the ability to take nothing and make something so great.

Sometimes I have to remind myself of how much God loves me. I think about all the stuff he put's up with from me. He still loves me in spite of my issues, and stubbornness. We always talk about what God has done for us but how many times do we talk about what we have done for him. I hear people say that God does not need anything from us, but in reality he does,he needs and wants our praise and our faithfulness to him and all that he does for us. I get so excited each and everyday morning I wake up, because I get another day to give him all the Glory and Praise he deserves.I know we all have problems and issues but none of them should ever get in the way of letting God know how much we love and appreciate his love for us everyday.
