Entergy Arkansas is asking a federal judge to prevent the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, one of its reporters, and the Arkansas Times from publishing details of an agreement with Google about data centers in the state.
The complaint, filed Tuesday, seeks a temporary restraining order and permanent injunction stopping both publications from disclosing details about Entergy's agreements with Altitude Capital LLC, a front for Google, as the company tries to set up a data center in West Memphis.
