National Vocations Awareness Week will be here soon. Is your parish doing anything to pray for an increase in religious vocations? ✝️🙏

National Vocation Awareness Week (November 2-8, 2025) is a week-long celebration dedicated to promoting vocations to the priesthood, consecrated life, and holy matrimony through prayer and education. It is also a time to reflect on our own calling in life.

Here are some ways to promote vocations during that week:
🔹Make an announcement at Masses about activities
🔹Ask a priest to speak about vocations at Masses
🔹Give out Table Tents at Masses/Youth groups/religious classes
🔹Invite married couples to speak to the youth group

The Serra Club of Central Arkansas also sends our congratulations and prayers to Sr. Magdalene Marie of the Good Shepherd, CFR, as she professed her First Vows recently for the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal in Bronx, New York. Her parents are members of Christ the King Catholic Church in Little Rock.
