Hello to our wonderful Facebook family and friends as we come together from all over the world to share a Word of God where His first and second commandment is Love in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen! Today we want to talk about another powerful lesson that we can take from David's life and apply it to ours and that's true genuine repentance. When we have sinned and made a total disaster of our lives. After the Prophet Nathan confronted David about his sin with Bathsheba and the murder of her husband, Uriah, David said, "Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; According to the greatness of your compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity..." (Psalm 51:1-2). David sought forgiveness and cleansing from God and acknowledged his sin. When we sin, we need to confess fully, and seek renewal from God and accept whatever consequences we may have incurred. The application for us today is that when we sin, we need to run to God quickly and be honest with a broken and contrite heart instead of excuses and God will forgive the sin and restore your joy (Psalms 51:12). Amen!😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇

Hello to our Wonderful facebook family and friends as we come together from all over the world to share a Word of God where His first and second commandment is Love in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen! Yesterday we talked about how David put faith in God rather than man. Today we are talking about what it means to have a heart that is completely devoted to worship and obeying God. David is described as a man after God's own heart (1 Samuel 13:14; Acts 13:22). His Psalms are replete with praise in the midst of trials (Psalms 23:17). Jesus later embodies this full devotion to God and to the pure worship of God (John 4:23-24). The lesson for us is to prioritize heartfelt worship and daily prayer in our constant pursuit of God. We are not to seek God only on Sundays, or only when we are in trouble going through trials but should seek Him, praise Him, and spend time with Him each and every day! Amen!😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏

Today we want to talk about David's overcoming obstacles that requires putting faith in God rather than in the strength of man. When David faced off against Goliath, he was not putting his trust in his abilities, but in God being able to deliver him. David said to Goliath, "You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted" (1 Samuel 17:45). David also remembered the times when God delivered him from the lion and the bear. The lesson here is that anytime we find ourselves facing what seems like overwhelming odds in various circumstances, we need to remember how God has delivered us in the past and put our full trust in Him to do it again. Then we can be courageous knowing that our God is powerful and will help us to prevail. Amen!😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏

Hello to our Wonderful facebook family and friends as we come together from all over the world to share a Word of God where His first and second commandment is Love in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen! It's great to be here with so many wonderful people on today. Our lesson today is: Peter's Proclamation (Mathew 16:16-18). Jesus'early ministry focuses on the region of Galilee, where He ministers to crowds and faces testing from religious leaders (Mathew 15:29-16:4). These events form the backdrop of His teaching to the disciples (16:5-12). As this segment of our lesson opens, Jesus and the disciples have traveled to the region of Caesarea Philippi (16:13), about 25 miles north of the Sea of Galilee. In this remote area, Jesus and the disciples experience a retreat-like atmosphere and relief from crowds. While there, Jesus asked the disciples, "Whom say ye that I am?" (Mathew 16:15). What comes next is Peter's response.😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏God so loved the world that He gave us a free gift His Son Jesus Christ (John 3:16)- For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. (Roman's 10:9)- says- that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; Then we are to get baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38)- Peter said to them, Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit. Then we are to go and make disciples (Mathew 28:19)- Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen!!!😇🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😇

Amen! Today we are talking about how Samuel teaches us that God can use those who are dedicated to Him early in life. Samuel's mother prayed and promised to dedicate her son to the Lord. She kept her word after having Samuel and said, for this boy I prayed, and the Lord has given me my petition... So I have also dedicated him to the Lord; as long as he lives, he is dedicated to the Lord" (1 Samuel 1:27-28). As a young boy Samuel was brought to serve in the house of the Lord under the oversight of the priest, Eli. The text says, "the boy Samuel was ministering to the Lord before Eli" (1 Samuel 3:1). Even as a child, Samuel was in a position of being devoted to God. Christians today can learn from this and start raising their children in the instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). Young people should not think they are unable to serve God in their youth. Paul reminded Timothy, "Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself as an example of those who believe" (1 Timothy 4:12).😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏

Hello to our Wonderful facebook family and friends as we come together from all over the world to share a Word of God where His first and second commandment is Love in Jesus Mighty Miraculous Marvelous Name of Nazareth. Amen. Today we are talking about Moses pointing us to Christ. Moses Foretold that God would raise up another prophet like him. "The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you; you shall listen to him" (Deuteronomy 18:15). The New Testament identifies Jesus as the one who fulfills this prophecy saying, "Moses said, the LORD God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brethren; to Him you shall give heed to everything He says to you. And it will be that every soul that does not heed that prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people" (Acts 3:22-23). Moses delivered Israel from physical bo***ge, Christ delivers humanity from the bo***ge of sin. While there are many lessons we can learn from Moses, the most important lesson is to look forward to Christ, to listen to Him and strive to follow Him with faith, courage, and humility. "Therefore, Holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our confession... He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses" (Hebrews 3:1-3).😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇

Today we want to talk about the different abilities that God gives us to use in various ways. Aaron was called by God to serve in a supporting role to the leadership of Moses. When Moses complained to God at the burning bush about his lack of speaking ability. God became angry but He provided Aaron and said, "Is there not your brother Aaron the Levite? I know that he speaks fluently...You are to speak to him and put the words in his mouth...he shall speak for you to the people; and he will be as a mouth for you and you will be as God to him" (Exodus 4:14-16). Aaron didn't hesitate to fulfill the secondary role as mouthpiece and sidekick to Moses. Not everyone is going to be the primary leader in every situation. Many are equipped to serve or work behind the scenes but God uses all of us to work together for the good of the whole church. "For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function...Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us are to exercise them accordingly" (Romans 12:4-6).😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇

Today we are talking about how important it is to pray and seek God before facing a potentially dangerous situation. There was a deadly edict against the Jews and Esther called for fasting and prayer. "Go, assemble all the Jews who are found in Susa, and fast for me; do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my maidens also will fast in the same way. And thus I will go in to the King, which is not according to the law; and if I perish, I perish" (Esther 4:16). She was depending on God and the power of prayer. Whenever courage is needed, prayer is also needed to prepare us for the task. Jesus modeled this when He spent time in the garden before going to the cross. Paul told Christians to "let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Phillipians 4:6-7).😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇

Today we will use Jonah to teach us that true repentance begins when we turn our hearts back to Him. From inside of the great fish in the dark depths of the sea, Jonah prayed, "I will sacrifice to You with the voice of thanksgiving... Salvation is from the LORD" (Jonah 2:9). Jonah prayed not just from distress but with a heart turning back towards God. Repentance is much more than simply feeling bad or sorry for what we have done, it is being humble and turning to change and obedience. John said, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us" (1 John 1:9). God is always ready and willing to forgive those who truly turn to Him. Amen!😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇
