May we always value the work of every person, seek justice for all laborers, and give thanks for the opportunity to serve God through our daily work.

Our first Confirmation Class of the year is one week from today. Our team of catechists are excited to meet our new class.

We are still in need of a 2nd grade catechist for 5:00 Wednesday night, a 5th and a 7th grade catechist for 6:15 on Wednesday nights and a 9th grade catechist to co-lead a small group of girls one Sunday a morning each month (September - April) Please contact [email protected] to volunteer. TODAY IS THE DEADLINE to sign up!

St. John Nepomucene offers a modified version of Little Flowers, which is a Catholic girls group centered on learning virtues by studying individual saints. Virtues are learned through presentations, crafts and activities. To learn more about our program, please click here.

All girls in kindergarten through 3rd grade are welcome to join and the cost is $20.

Whether your first day of school was last week, today, or is still to come, we are praying for all of the children and young people in our St. John Nepomucene family as a new school year begins!

May God bless you as you learn, grow, make new friends, face new challenges, and discover new gifts this year. May you always remember that Jesus walks with you - not only at church, but in your classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, practices, activities, and everywhere you go.

We pray for our students, their families, teachers, school staff, and all those who will walk alongside them this year.

May this be a year filled with learning, friendship, kindness, joy, and many reminders of just how much God loves you!

If your child is in 2nd grade and will be making their First Reconciliation and First Communion this year, please attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, September 9 at 6:30 pm in Church. Childcare will be available in the Lower Level Hospitality Room.
