Seeking a Part-time Office Administrator – Lititz, PA

Brickerville United Lutheran Church, Lancaster County's first Lutheran congregation (since 1730!), is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our small, warm and friendly community.
About Us: We are a welcoming Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) congregation rooted in scripture and devoted to the gospel. We strive for justice and wholeness in the world through our faith and actions, serving our neighbors locally and globally.

Position Details:
• 10-12 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Perfect for someone seeking meaningful part-time work

Responsibilities include:
• Managing correspondence and communications
• Preparing weekly bulletins and newsletters
• Maintaining church databases and records
• Greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries
• Supporting church programs and events

We're looking for someone with:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and office software
• A friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work independently

Experience with church operations is a plus but not required. Join us in serving our faith community!

We will not be live streaming on Sunday August 12, as we will be worshiping at our Shared Ministry partner church at Jerusalem in Rothsville. However, all are welcome to join us in person at 10:00 am. Our live stream will resume on August 19.

This Sunday, June 14th, our worship service will commence at 10:00 am, as we join forces with our shared ministry partner, Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, for a combined service at BULC, which will also be live streamed.
